  El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Ensure bare hand contact is minimized with ready to eat foods by using utensils and hands washed when returning to food preparation from separate activity.

All PHF shall be stored at 41 *F or below under refrigeration. Operator stated unit is scheduled to be serviced today and moved items in drawers to walk in refrigerator. Discontinue using drawers until unit can hold 41 *F and below. Send photos of repairs to EHS once completed.
