Two water cooling units (one in the front and one in the back of the facility) to assist with cooling the facility. Submit repair invoice for HVAC system by 4/17/25.

Inadequate ice around tops of juice bottles. Both juice bottles labeled Perishable keep refrigerated. Both juices voluntarily discarded down the drain. 4 gallons of acai berry mix in two door refrigerator: 55 - 62 degrees F voluntarily discarded.
