Ensure all employees properly wash hands after working with raw foods to prevent contamination. Instructed employee to wash hands. Hands washed. Designated hand wash sink at bar not being used to wash hands. Ensure employees are properly washing hands in designated hand sink at the bar. Discussed with employee. Provide a splash guard of a minimum 6 height on left side of bar hand sink.
