Facility has vacuum sealed frozen crab cakes labeled as sealed yesterday. / remove all food from their vacuum sealed packaging. Discontinue vacuum sealing without an approved HACCP plan. Remove vacuum sealer from facility until an approved HACCP plan is provided. Submit specification sheets for vacuum sealer and bags for approval before use.
