• Menor Problemas con el lavado de manos
  El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Observed an employee rinsing his/her hands in the 3-compartment sink and then proceeding to dry his/her hands with a cloth towel in the kitchen area. [Corrective action] Ensure employees wash and dry their hands in the handwashing facility and use an approved hand towel, such as paper towels or a heated air hand drying device. Educate the employees.
