Observed an employee rinsing his/her hands in the 3-compartment sink and then proceeding to dry his/her hands with a cloth towel in the kitchen area. [Corrective action] Ensure employees wash and dry their hands in the handwashing facility and use an approved hand towel, such as paper towels or a heated air hand drying device. Educate the employees.
