Facility permit condition stated the following: "prepackaged food only due to roll-up doors to the exterior". [CA] Food on display shall be protected from contamination by the use of packaging. Provide lid or other suitable device to keep portion cups closed at all times when roll-up doors are open. Follow the SOP approved by this department.
