• Crítica Problemas de agua, plomería o drenaje
  El negocio tenía problemas con el agua corriente caliente o fría, la plomería, los desagües, la prevención de reflujo o la eliminación de aguas residuales. Algunos, como no tener agua caliente, pueden obligar a un cierre temporal hasta que se reparen.

  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed the ice machine floor drain to be clogged and non-flowing with water from the ice machine overflowing onto the floor. Manager stated that the previous day a sewage backup occurred and the facility was self closed for repairs. Effected areas were cleaned and sanitized with "Pure Surface Sanitizer". [CA] Liquid waste shall be disposed of through the approved plumbing system and shall discharge into the public sewerage or into an approved private sewage disposal system. Clear ice machine floor drain so that waste water can be discharged into the floor sink. [SA] Ice machine turned off to cease the discharge of water into the floor sink. All other drains, sinks and restrooms within the facility observed to be free flowing. Contact inspector for a follow-up inspection when floor drain has been repaired.
