Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed 2 dead medium sized cockroaches in the corner of floor. No live cockroaches observed. [CA] Remove dead cockroaches and clean and sanitize floor.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Vinyl floor is lifting/deteriorating in the 3 comp sink area.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Steam table is not working; staff are reheating food to maintain warm. [CA] Repair steam table and maintain in good repair.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Proper hot and cold holding temperatures

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Cooked chicken, pasta, and brussel sprouts measure between 44F - 48F inside the household refrigerator; per PIC, food has been in unit since the day before. Milk is measured at 50F on the counter. Per staff, it has been removed from refrigerator for a few minutes. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Food was voluntarily discarded; see VC&D Milk relocated to refrigeration unit.
