Per commissary owner, bbq grills were relocated from kitchen prep facility (326 Commercial St, SJ) to this location. [CA] Food preparation is permitted in approved areas, fully enclosed areas. The open-air barbecue or outdoor wood-burning oven is separated from public access to prevent food contamination or injury to the public by using ropes or other approved method is okay if food facility is permitted to support food preparation.
