Observed Vermin: Documented in the following areas: Numerous dead cockroaches were observed throughout the facility: on the wok grill, on wire racks, on the floor under the lowboy cooler across the fryers, behind the white cable management tube, behind a poster at the mop sink, behind the soda syrup hose dispenser by the ice machine, and near several pieces of equipment. Hatched oothecas were observed in the facility. One on a wire rack near the prep sink and the other on the floor near the soda syrups. Rodent droppings were observed on the black storage rack near the mop sink, on the floor near the cookline, and in the front service area on the floor between the steam table and the cash register counter. 2.
