Nota del inspector (en inglés): At the 2-compartment sink, measured the maximum water temperature at 112F, then temperature dropped to consistently measure around 74-78F. At the handwash sink in the restroom, measured the maximum water temperature at 74F. Facility only sells prepackaged foods and does not conduct any food preparation or warewashing. [CA] Hot water shall be consistently supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility (100-108°F at handwash sinks).
