Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed plastic to go containers being stored in the bulk food bins to be used as scoops. [CA] Discontinue using this as a scoop and storing inside the bin. Use a scoop with a handle that can be stored with the handle not touching the food inside. - Menor Problemas de agua, plomería o drenaje
El negocio tenía problemas con el agua corriente caliente o fría, la plomería, los desagües, la prevención de reflujo o la eliminación de aguas residuales. Algunos, como no tener agua caliente, pueden obligar a un cierre temporal hasta que se reparen.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed the drain pipes in the far left back corner of the bakery in the floor sink. [CA] Raise the drain pipes so that they are not in the floor sink.
