Per PIC, foods were recently delivered... [CA] Discontinue storage of food in the tent. All food must be stored inside fully enclosed and approved food facility. 2. Observed food stored on the floor throughout the facility: in the walk-in cooler and freezer, storage areas, and throughout the display shelves. [CA] Food shall be stored at least six inches above the floor to prevent contamination and pest harborage. - Menor Señales de roedores o insectos

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed several prepackaged foods for sale by "Tawaplatter" missing labeling information, including nylon poha chivda, multigrain cookies, thelpas, ravastick, fafda, nankhatai, etc. Per owner over the phone, foods are prepared at a commercial kitchen. No Environmental Health Permit or Processed Food Registration for this operation was available for review. [CA] All food shall be obtained from an approved source. Food prepared in an unapproved kitchen or private home may not be used or offered for sale in a food facility.
