Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed numerous cases of frozen rice cakes in banana leaves offered for sale without any type of labels. Manager stated that items are delivered from a restaurant within the county. Nota del inspector (en inglés): Manager stated that shellstock tags for shellfish are kept for 90 days, however, unable to provide records of tags. Shellstock tags were provided for current lot of shellfish being sold. Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed slabs of raw pork stored directly on cardboard boxes inside the walk-in refrigerator. [CA] All food shall be separated and protected from possible contamination. Provide food storage containers and or food grade wraps to separate and protect food. Observed cases of produce, meats, and seafood stored directly on the floor inside walk-in refrigerators.
