El negocio tenía problemas con el agua corriente caliente o fría, la plomería, los desagües, la prevención de reflujo o la eliminación de aguas residuales. Algunos, como no tener agua caliente, pueden obligar a un cierre temporal hasta que se reparen.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): 4-702.11 Before Use After Cleaning. Food contact surfaces are washed with dawn dishsoap, rinsed with hot water, then used again without sanitizing. All UTENSILS and FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES shall be SANITIZED before use and after cleaning. All food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized with an approved sanitizing solution.
