Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Observed wet wiping cloth stored on food surface area with no sanitizer (0 ppm) and not held in chemical sanitizer. 3-304.14 (B) (1) Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other EQUIPMENT surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration appropriate for chemical being used. Corrected during inspection, Person in charge removed wiping cloth from counter and filled wiping cloth bucket at 3-compartment sink, using sanitizer from chemical tower reading 300 PPM quaternary ammonia.
