- Hallazgo Problemas con el lavado de manos
El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Keep handwashing sinks clear, nothing blocking access to sink. Corrected during inspection, person in charge re-located cart. Observed handwashing sinks in 2 public bathrooms lacking signage. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage: A sign or poster that notifies FOOD EMPLOYEES to wash their hands shall be provided at all HANDWASHING SINKS and shall be clearly visible to FOOD EMPLOYEES. Corrected during inspection, inspector provided handwashing signage and person in charge affixed to wall above sinks. - Hallazgo Químicos guardados o usados de forma insegura
Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other EQUIPMENT surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration appropriate for chemical being used. Corrected during inspection: operator refilled wiping cloth buckets at 3 compartment sink. re-tested solution, which then read between 300- 400 PPM. Education provided, use test strips at chemical tower to check concentration of sanitizer. Operator agrees to test wiping cloth buckets using QUAT test strips reguarly.
