Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): All equipment and components must be in good repair. Keep them maintained to manufacturer's specifications.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Soda gun holsters at both ends of the bar were observed taped to hold them together at the time of inspection. Repair these and maintain them in good repair. - Menor Problemas de limpieza o desinfección
Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Clean all physical facilities (floors, walls, ceilings). Keep them clean.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): The floor and the wall behind the soda dispensers in the basement area were observed soiled with soda concentrate residue from a spill over the summer. Though they were cleaned of the bulk of the syrup, the floor and wall still have spots that should be cleaned to restore the area to the state before it was soiled. Nota del inspector (en inglés): A quat sanitizer test kit was not available for use at the 3 basin sink set up to be used with the steramine sanitizer. Provide a quat test kit and keep on site to ensure that the quat sanitizer is used at a safe and effective range.
