Los pisos, paredes, techos, la iluminación, la ventilación o las áreas de basura necesitaban reparación o limpieza. Por lo general son menos urgentes que los problemas de manejo de alimentos, pero igual deben corregirse.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): A pan was observed with a crusty rag underneath the sink in the far corner of the bar area. Asked if there was/has been a leak in the sink and that is why the pan is placed there. There was no water in the bottom of the pan. Operator stated they do not use the sink as there is a handwash sink in the other corner of the bar area to use. Remove dirty pan and discard soiled rag. Maintain establishment free of unnecessary items and litter.
