Los alimentos venían de una fuente no aprobada, les faltaban fechas o etiquetas obligatorias, o ya habían pasado su fecha límite de uso. Saber de dónde vienen los alimentos y qué tan viejos son ayuda a prevenir enfermedades.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Label all food packages as required by the law.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed no label on pre-packaged rice, corn, soybeans bags and cakes that are inside the 2-door stand refrigerator. Provide label for all pre-packaged food items. Label must include the following information: name and address of the business, product name, ingredient list (in descending orders), net weight content, and any allergen.
