• Importante Problemas con el lavado de manos
  El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Keep handwashing sinks accessible at all times. Make sure they are only used for handwashing.
  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Handwashing sink was covered with boxes of takeout supplies and a stack of water bottles was n front of the hand sink rendering inaccessible. Products were moved during the inspection. Ensure that the hand sink is accessible and used during operation of the truck.
• Menor Alimentos a una temperatura insegura
  Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta.   Nota del inspector (en inglés): Ice coolers with water bottles were out front and the lip contact side of the bottles were in many situations buried within the ice itself. The staff rearranged the bottles so the lip contact surface was resting above the ice.

  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Melted ice from the coolers was being drained directly onto the street. Discontinue this process and instead use the mop sink for disposal of all grey water.
