Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Segregate products that are held for credit, redemption, or return to the distributor in a designated area that is separate from food, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Product that is being held for credit or return is not clearly identified from products that are also for sale. Place some signage in the area of returns or some other method to clearly delineate returns from for sale products. - Crítica Químicos guardados o usados de forma insegura
Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Cleaners storing right next to or directly above beverages for consumer consumption on the shelves in the pouring area. Reorganize these shelves to segregate chemicals from beverages. - Menor Problemas de limpieza o desinfección
Los platos, equipos o superficies que tocan los alimentos no se lavaban, enjuagaban y desinfectaban correctamente, o el desinfectante no tenía la concentración adecuada. Las superficies limpias ayudan a evitar que los gérmenes lleguen a la comida.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Floors, walls and/or ceiling finishes are not approved. Finishes must be smooth and easily cleanable.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Flooring in the walk-in cooler is concrete and is some areas such as near the door the finish has been removed and the raw concrete has been exposed. Repair or replace with an approved flooring option.
