Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): Clean the reservoir of the produce fogger at least once weekly by: 1. draining and completely disassembling the water and aerosol contact parts; 2. brush cleaning the reservoir, aerosol tubing, and discharge nozzles with a suitable detergent solution; 3. flushing the entire system with water to remove the detergent solution and particulate accumulation; and 4. rinsing by immersing, spraying, or swabbing the reservoir, aerosol tubing, and discharge nozzles with an effective sanitizing chemical per manufacturer's recommendations.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed build up on produce fogger aerosol parts. Clean at least weekly. Per management this frequency is not being met.
