Redacción oficial (en inglés): Have a three-compartment sink with drainboards attached at each end. The three-compartment sink is for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils by hand.
Nota del inspector (en inglés): Establishment makes and serves coffee and cappuccino and does not have a three basin sink to wash, rinse and sanitize coffee pots and parts of cappuccino machine that hold the powders. Install a 3 basin sink after getting approved plumbing permit from City of Minneapolis, or discontinue coffee and cappuccino service.
