Inspector’s notes

Establishment makes and serves coffee and cappuccino and does not have a three basin sink to wash, rinse and sanitize coffee pots and parts of cappuccino machine that hold the powders. Install a 3 basin sink after getting approved plumbing permit from City of Minneapolis, or discontinue coffee and cappuccino service.
