Productos de limpieza, pesticidas u otros químicos estaban guardados o etiquetados de una manera que podría permitir que llegaran a los alimentos. Es grave porque la contaminación química puede enfermar a las personas rápidamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed an unlabeled spray bottle containing an unknown cleaning solution. Advised the person-in-charge (PIC) to ensure all chemical containers are properly labeled. Since the PIC couldn’t identify the chemical, she discarded the contents. - Menor Problemas de permisos, capacitación o avisos
