Nota del inspector (en inglés): The two exterior doors each have a gap providing access to the facility by mice and other pests. The first door needs a new sweep and the inner door is missing a floor tile which creates a gap. Provide a sweep on the exterior door. This will eliminate access by pests from the outside. This was discussed with the operator for timely compliance as an ongoing issue.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed the hand sink at the spice re-package area completely blocked by the prep table. Maintain access to hand sinks at all times. This was discussed and the table was moved by the end of inspection. Although other hand sinks exist within appropriate distance, maintain this sink with full access for use at all times.
