The two exterior doors each have a gap providing access to the facility by mice and other pests. The first door needs a new sweep and the inner door is missing a floor tile which creates a gap. Provide a sweep on the exterior door. This will eliminate access by pests from the outside. This was discussed with the operator for timely compliance as an ongoing issue.
