Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed unapproved bleach used for vendor. Use approved bleach for sanitizing food contact surfaces. At time of inspection, operator went to store and purchased an approved container of bleach and setup a sanitizer bucket to 200 ppm. - Menor Problemas de limpieza o desinfección

Los alimentos se guardaban o manipulaban de una forma que podía permitir que les llegaran gérmenes u otros materiales, como carne cruda guardada encima de comida lista para comer o alimentos sin cubrir. La contaminación cruzada es una causa común de enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed raw chicken over ready-to-eat foods in reach-in cooler. At time of inspection PIC moved items and showed proper storage order. Ensure raw animal foods are stored properly and do not risk contaminating ready-to-eat foods. - Crítica Químicos guardados o usados de forma insegura

Nota del inspector (en inglés): Observed chlorine solution in three compartment sink was tested at or above 200ppm. Ensure chemical sanitizer is maintained at the proper concentration according to manufacturer's instructions. At time of inspection PIC added water to the chlorine solution and brought it to the proper concentration, tested at 100ppm.
