Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): The laminate of the cabinetry beneath the creamer station is badly worn and coming apart from base material. Cabinet doors do not stay closed. Repair or replace cabinetry. - Menor Problemas de permisos, capacitación o avisos
