• Menor Alimentos no protegidos contra la contaminación
  Los alimentos se guardaban o manipulaban de una forma que podía permitir que les llegaran gérmenes u otros materiales, como carne cruda guardada encima de comida lista para comer o alimentos sin cubrir. La contaminación cruzada es una causa común de enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos.
  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Keep clean utensils that are unwrapped in trays and holders with their handles up.
  Nota del inspector (en inglés): Most of the silverware was stored in containers with the handles up but some extra silverware was stored in a tray jumbled so that the handles and eating surfaces were mixed with the potential that someone grabbing a handle could also touch the eating surfaces of other utensils. This was immediately corrected before the kids arrived.

  Redacción oficial (en inglés): Cut bulk milk dispensing tubes on the diagonal, leaving no more than one inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head.
  Nota del inspector (en inglés): The milk dispensing tubes were cut horizontally, allowing for milk to stay caught in the tube and left overnight grow bacteria. This was immediately cut at an angle, allowing for the non refrigerated milk in the tube to drain out.
