CDI- All TCS food in this cooler was voluntarily discarded. PIC agreed to not use this reach-in cooler until it is repaired and able to hold food at 41F and below. Refrigeration company was contacted during the inspection and will be visiting for repairs on Monday (2/10). Alternate refrigeration will be used in the meantime.

PIC was aware that production dates are required to be transferred to portioned containers and agreed that additional training will be given to employees.
