- Hallazgo Problemas con el lavado de manos
El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Nota del inspector (en inglés): 6-301.11 Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. (Pf): handwashing soap dispenser near three comp sink was empty. CDI: soap replaced by PIC during inspection. 5-205.11 (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. (Pf): Handwashing sink at front serving counter is being used as a dump sink. CDI: Education provided on handwashing sin usage to PIC. Dump sink use will not continue.
