6-301.11 Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. (Pf): handwashing soap dispenser near three comp sink was empty. CDI: soap replaced by PIC during inspection. 5-205.11 (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. (Pf): Handwashing sink at front serving counter is being used as a dump sink. CDI: Education provided on handwashing sin usage to PIC. Dump sink use will not continue.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
