3-302.11(A)(1); Priority; Boxes of raw frozen shrimp; frozen raw steak wafers; and frozen raw hamburger patties were stored above and mixed in with bags of sealed French fries and above cooked frozen chicken kabobs. FOOD shall be protected from cross contamination (except when frozen in original commercial packaging) by separating raw animal FOODS during storage; preparation; holding; and display from READY-TO-EAT FOOD including other raw animal FOOD such as FISH for sushi or MOLLUSCAN SHELLFISH; or other raw READY-TO-EAT FOOD such as fruits and vegetables; and unwashed produce. CDI- Raw meats moved to the bottom and stored according to final cook temperature.

CDI - Forks were stored with handles facing employees.
