These hot foods are held for the lunch hour; which runs from 12 pm-2 pm. Corrected during inspection (CDI): the hot cabinet temperature turned up the heat level. The food involved in the current inspection will be served and discarded at 2 pm (4 hours). Discussed with the person in charge (PIC) about how to monitor food safety for cooked food for immediate service and for hot holding.
