Nota del inspector (en inglés): 2-102.12 (A) Certified Food Protection Manager; Core; Manager has expired ServSafe certification. Other manager not onsite during time of inspection. Manager aware of food safety requirements and able to answer questions about food safety. The person in charge shall be a certified food protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ANSI accredited program. Manager showed documentation of class that is upcoming in January that he paid and is registered to attend.
