Herbs were stored in a box that stored raw chicken. Raw pork and beef were stored above ready-to-eat foods within walk-in freezer. Cross-contamination shall be prevented during storage by separating raw food from ready-to-eat foods and based on final cook temperatures. Cross-contamination shall be prevented during frozen storage of raw animal products removed from original packaging by separating foods based on final cook temperatures. Herbs were removed from the box of chicken and raw food within walk-in cooler was rearranged. REHS will verify (VR) walk-in freezer is rearranged properly.
