Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired; if it is not been labeled; or if the label is incorrect. CDI- PIC voluntarily discarded above listed foods.

    Nota del inspector (en inglés): 3-501.19 (A) (1); Priority Foundation; TPHC is being followed properly with stickers being used with time in/time out and discarded at end of service. However; the PIC could not provide written procedures. Written procedures for Time as a Public Health Control shall be prepared in advance; maintained in the establishment; and made available for the Health Department upon request. Written TPHC procedures must specify methods of compliance with 3-501.19 (B) or (C). EHS provided TPHC policy via email to print and fill out and have prepared for next visit. EHS will verify is filled out correctly by 11/24/25. EHS gave instructions on how to fill out properly.
