  El personal no se lavaba las manos cuando debía, o un lavamanos estaba bloqueado, sin jabón ni toallas de papel, o se usaba para otra cosa. Las manos son una de las formas más comunes en que los gérmenes llegan a la comida.

Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. Add hand soap to this sink; follow up by 3/18/2025. 6-301.14; Core; The handwashing sink in front of the smoker is missing a handwashing sign. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible. CDI - REHS provided replacement sign for this sink.

  Nota del inspector (en inglés): 7-202.12; Priority; When tested during the inspection; the concentration of the QUAT sanitizer in the spray bottle and wiping cloth bucket was over 400ppm which is the maximum concentration indicated on the label use directions. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be used according to manufacturer's use directions included in labeling. CDI - Sanitizer concentration diluted to be within the allowable range; 200ppm-400ppm. Repeat.

A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Replace expired test strips; follow-up by 3/18/2025.
