6-301.11; Priority foundation; The handwashing sink in front of the smoker is missing hand soap. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. Add hand soap to this sink; follow up by 3/18/2025. 6-301.14; Core; The handwashing sink in front of the smoker is missing a handwashing sign. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible. CDI - REHS provided replacement sign for this sink.

Poisonous or toxic materials shall be used according to manufacturer's use directions included in labeling. CDI - Sanitizer concentration diluted to be within the allowable range; 200ppm-400ppm. Repeat.
