Los alimentos no se mantenían lo suficientemente fríos o calientes, no se enfriaban con la rapidez necesaria, o no se cocinaban o recalentaban a la temperatura correcta. Ensure packaged food items are labeled in accordance with the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code 3717-1-03.5(C). PIC pulled the baked good behind the counter and made them available upon customer request. PIC moved the coffee machine cleaning powder.
