ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED HANDSINK LOCATED IN FRONT PREP AREA DURING TIME OF INSPECTION WITHOUT PLUMBING FIXTURES CONNECTED WITH WATER DISCHARGING INTO SMALL BUCKET AS WELL AS HEAVILY POOLING ONTO FLOOR.NOTED HOT WATER @69F. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND PROVIDE HOT WATER AT LEAST 100F AS REQUIRED FOR PROPER HANDWASHING AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-030 (C). CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
