NO PERSON IN CHARGE ON SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. MUST HAVE A PERSON IN CHARGE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. PERSON IN CHARGE SHOWED UP ON PREMISES AT 9:10 AM.

HAND WASHING SINK MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS. MUST REROUTE DRAIN PIPE INTO AN APPROVED DRAIN.

INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY SEAL. OBSERVED MINOR LEAK AT 3-COMPARTMENT SINK FAUCET HEAD WHEN WATER IS RUNNING. MUST REPAIR.
