OBSERVED HANDSOAP DISPENSER ATTACHED TO WALL ABOVE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE REAR PREP/WAREWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO REMOVE AND ENSURE EMPLOYEES ARE WASHING THEIR HANDS ONLY AT SINKS DESIGNATED FOR HANDWASHING.
