3RD FLOOR STAFF WASHROOM HANDWASH SINK WATER PUSH BUTTON WITH LESS THAN 15 SECONDS RUNNING WATER TIME WHEN PUSHED. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST RECALIBRATE SAID HANDWASH SINK PUSH BUTTON TO A MINIMAL 15 SECONDS RUNNING WATER TIME.
