OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 60 MOUSE DROPPINGS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT KITCHEN IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: BENEATH THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, ON SHELVING WHERE CONTAINERS ARE STORED, INSIDE ROLL IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO REMOVE ALL MOUSE DROPPINGS, SANITIZE AREAS, AND INFORM PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN OF NEED FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED. PIC VOLUNTARILY CLEANED MOUSE DROPPINGS WHILE ON SITE.
