FOUND TWO PACKAGES OF TURKEY DELI MEAT (44.6F), TURKEY DELI SANDWICHES (47.8F-49.1F), COLBY JACK CHEESE STICKS (50.1F). INSTRUCTED ALL COLD HOLDING FOODS MUST BE 41F OR BELOW. APPROXIMATELY 16LBS AT $99 WORTH OF PRODUCT DISCARDED. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005, NO CITATION ISSUED
