OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT HAND SINKS IN THE KITCHEN PREP/DISHWASHING AREA AND WASHROOM.INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED GAP OPENING APPROX:1/4" ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OVERHEAD EXTERIOR DOOR AND AT BOTTOM LEFT CORNER OF FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR.INSTRUCTED TO MAKE DOORS TIGHT FITTING ALL ACROSS THE BOTTOMS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY AND MAINTAIN.
